Beverley Payne
With 25 years operational experience in the Hotel and Leisure Industry working mainly in Scotland for Brand and Industry leaders such as Gleneagles, Malmaison and Macdonald Hotels.
A founder member of the Malmaison team Beverly was Vice President Operations and Sales before moving to Macdonald Hotels as Managing Director for Scotland. Working at executive level for the last 15 years, Beverly has held Executive Board positions with One Devonshire Gardens, Malmaison Hotels and latterly with Macdonald Hotels.
Beverly has proven experience in her ability to think strategically and creatively to develop business ideas and solutions, to grow businesses. Using her operational and financial experience and awareness of creating brands she is now working with hospitality businesses to improve performance.
She is a passionate believer in developing talent in the industry , and committed to developing future generations of Leaders, she is a trustee of HIT Scotland and Chair of the Scholarships Committee that this year awarded over 150 scholarships and three new Leadership Scholarships to Cornell University .
