Mr. Figge has held management roles with Forte, IHG, Thistle Hotels and Marriott Hotels, as well as Operations Director roles with Marriott Hotels and Paramount Hotels (now Barceló), before returning to Thistle in his current role as Chief Operating Officer in September of 2008.
