The focus for the seminar is around customer experience, innovation and business opportunities within the highland community.

Richard Lochhead MSP, and Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment will be opening the seminar and giving the keynote speech.

Tobias Ellwood MP, Shadow Minister for Culture Media and Sport will be giving a speech and available for a Q&A session.

The latter part of the seminar will have a round table debate with representatives from public sector, business and hospitality organisations.

The seminar will close at 5.00 then join us for the evening Highland Reception from 5.30 - 7.30 for canapes and wine. 

The Highland Reception is a chance for the highlands tourism industry to network with decision makers at the highest level from the public, private and elected sector.
