Scotch Whisky Taster Session
The Scotch Whisky Experience, BII Scotland and the Scottish Tourism Forum are delighted to invite you to The Scotch Whisky Experience to a taster session for the renowned Scotch Whisky Training School. Join knowledgeable staff as they take you through the best steps to serving, selling and up-selling whisky which you can then take back to your own establishments. The Scotch Whisky Experience represents the Scotch Whisky Industry and as such the ‘the certificate of expertise’ is a recognised qualification. The course was developed by experts at The Scotch Whisky Experience, Edinburgh in order to provide a generic course covering an across the board appreciation for all brands and categories of Scotch.
Venue & time
This taster session will run on Thursday 4th March 2010 at The Scotch Whisky Experience, 354 Castlehill, The Royal Mile, Edinburgh EH1 2NE and will start at 2pm registration from 1.30p.m.
Tickets
Tickets are priced at £10 which is redeemable against the cost of the course should you book a place on an upcoming Training School. The Training School is a full-day course priced at £160 per person and covers topics from The Art of Blending, Scotch versus ‘the best of the rest’, sensory perception and also includes lunch in award-winning Amber Restaurant.
