- Catherine Bunn, Highland Campervan, will discuss how her entrepreneurial skills led them to win the 2009 Scottish Thistle Awards for Young Tourism Entrepreneur.
- Anne Frew, Curriculum Manager, North Highland College and John Simpson, Hotel Manager, Burghfield House Hotel; will update delegates on the new hospitality training hotel - Burghfield House Hotel.
- Chris McCoy, Equality and Diversity Manager, VisitScotland will discuss the potential of the accessible market for Scotland.
