Caroline Williams, Business Development Manager, Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd
Caroline joined the team at HIAL in July 2009 and has responsibility for the marketing communications for all 11 airports within the group. She also supports Inglis Lyons, Managing Director in the expansion of route development for the airports.
Passionate about travel and customer experience, Caroline has worked previously for Eurotunnel and P & O Ferries as Marketing Controller. She has also worked for a variety of other organisations such as magazine publishing, local government, contact centre, confectionary and snack manufacturers, advertising agencies and major charities in sales and marketing roles.
Since returning back to Scotland she has worked in marketing roles at Macrae and Dick Ltd, and the Energy Savings Trust.
Caroline Williams although educated in England was born in Ballater and spent most of her childhood years driving back to the Cairngorms for family holidays.
