Debbie Taylor, Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa, St Andrews.  Debbie will be demonstrating how the Old Course Hotel is taking a proactive stance in the current climate and the dynamic initiatives that aim to achieve growth in a challenging economic environment.  At the resort Debbie has created new sales strategies and marketing initiatives using their best approach - the staff - and their aim is to take a highly proactive approach to ensure they continue to grow their business.
